Support Front End Developer

My primary responsibilities in Support are to assist clients with making changes to their website, troubleshoot and fix theme bugs, and install new Feeds accounts. Additionally, I also have helped to maintain our Guru knowledgebase and keep our Help Center website design current.

Deployment Developer

In this role, I created email templates and supporting web graphics for newly build and in-progress websites. I also set up the graphics and styling for iPhone apps and completed small work orders such as design and code home page redesigns, etc.

Web Designer and Email Developer

Primarily, I designed and coded beautiful, effective emails that were compatible in all of the most relevant email clients. My greatest accomplishment was in taking the initiative to make all emails responsive designs. This upgrade thrust the company ahead of its competition and enabled the sales team to use it as a selling point for future partner email broadcasts.

* Worked part-time as a contractor from October 2014 to April 2015 until they found a suitable replacement.

As the only graphics person for this small startup company, I was responsible for establishing the style guide and all promotional materials for the company and its products. I was also tasked to create landing pages and other promotional materials for the company's clients.
